Quick-e-mail allows you to easily and quickly send preset messages to one or multiple e-mail addresses. This can save you time for those messages you seem to send every day to different people. For example, you could use it to send an e-mail asking for a link exchange. Instead of typing out your message every time, all you do is copy and paste the other webmaster's e-mail, and Quick-e-mail will send that link exchange request to them.

SendEmail is a lightweight, completly command line based, SMTP email agent. If you have the need to send email from a command prompt this tool is perfect. It was designed to be used in bash scripts, Perl programs, and web sites, but it is also quite useful in many other contexts. SendEmail is written in Perl and is unique in that it requires NO SPECIAL MODULES. It has a straight forward interface, making it very easy to use.
