phpserv is a framework aimed to allow developers to quickly write a server daemon in PHP. There is a webserver and "Quote of the Day" server example provided in this package.

   SubQuota  

This script can be used to impose makeshift disk quotas on subdirectories in your site. The script works by checking directory sizes against disk quotas you set for those directories. If the directory is over the specified limit then an email shall be sent to you. You may then treat the situation as you find necessary. This is extreme useful for shared hosting accounts that can setup and restrict ftp accounts to certain directories but that cannot impose disk quotas on these directories.

This is a remote log viewing tool. You can view any log from the web. For example, you can now view your ftp log from another machine. It is very easy to use and has password protection.

This free php script checks server status through any web browser. The script is called through a standard img tag, and can be used to check multiple web pages, web servers or domains. When the script finds that the server is active, an active image will appear on the status page. If the server is down, the script will display a disconnected image. Several 'live' and 'dead' server images are included in the download. Most computers have a variety of log files being written to. Log File Status lets you monitor them from your web server. Basically, it reads the tail 10 lines from the log file, highlights them, and displays them.

PSI - PHP Simple Informer is a very simple network services monitoring ``application written in PHP. It can be run as a command line application ``(PHP compiled as cgi is required) or as a web php file. Although is very simple, it does its function very well. Is very easy to configure with a single file and a couple of simple lines.    Phpcron  

Phpcron is a PHP command line program which allows you to execute programs and system commands at certain scheduled times. Phpcron operates in a similar fashion to Unix's Crond daemon, and can be used in place of, or as a complement to, crond. Phpcron allows a host of options, including logging and email features. The Phpcron package includes Phpcron Admin which provides a browser based interface to Phpcron, allowing a user to remotely schedule programs and change Phpcron options in a user friendly way without having to deal with ssh, telnet, or arcane text editors.
