The easy to navigate menus make both reading and updating the calendar as easy as point-and-click. The browser-based administration interface provides password protected access to an area that allows the administrator to view, add, and modify current calendar events; the calendar supports both single and recurring events. Three different views are featured on the user-side. These include a main view that offers a small calendar view with the option of clicking certain days of the month that hold events in order to view the events they hold. The second view is an entire list of all the events planned for a selected month, and the third view offers a large calendar view listing all the events of that month.

   MonthView Calendar Class  

The MonthView Calendar class provides a fully configurable calendar, as shown on the right. Through the use of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) it is possible to fully configure colours, font sizes, borders, padding etc etc. Through the properties of the class it is possible to further customise things such as the size of the boxes, the selected date, whether to highlight the selected day, the range of valid years and the page which the day links point to.
