Using SimpleSecure, a visitor fills out a form on your website. The information they submit is immediately encrypted using PGP, then sent to you via email, where you can then decrypt it on your local PC. SimpleSecure can be used for transmitting confidential information such as credit card numbers or other sensitive data. PGP is the defacto standard for encryption. |
