This Appointment Scheduling System is very intuitive and has many features including email notifications, 2 day reminders, and same day reminders. The script was designed to minimize accidental appointment requests and over booking of appointments. There is an option link included in confirmation and notification emails as well as in the Appointment Daily View to CANCEL the appointment. The Advanced Appointment Scheduling system also has an Admin panel for administering many advanced fuctions. These functions include a statistics report that displays percentage of appointments to total scheduled hours, percentage of "showed" appointments and "unshowed" appointments, percentage of hours spent on non tutoring projects, a printable master schedule, a very advanced scheduling system that allows for any number of tutors which makes advanced scheduling needs very easy.
