eThreads is a database-driven content engine written in Perl which supports the display of many different kinds of content using modules. Modules included in the distribution include forums (eThreads' native format), directories, weblogs, and calendars. The look and operation of glomules is inherently flexible, with full look customization and a plugin system to tweak functionality. The architecture also allows many different glomules to be run off a single installation. |
