SuperDesk is a help desk script, written in Perl, designed to allow a web site's staff to manage requests from its users in a well organised manner. It is completely customizable, easy to use, and is fully controlled by an integrated Control Panel.
An unlimited number of categories can be created so that support tickets can be grouped according to their topic. These categories can be created from the Control Panel. SuperDesk includes, as standard, full support for requests made by users via email. Any number of email addresses can be attached to the SuperDesk, and once they've been pointed to the script, SuperDesk will proceeed to analyse and record all emails sent to those addresses. |
