And if their question was not found in the FAQ DB, they have the option to type their question into a form and send it to you. You will receive a nicely formatted customer request mail which you may use to answer your visitors question, and this question can be added to the database for others to see... This way, your FAq database gets richer in knowledge and eventually all the questions will be answered. |
