You code looks exactly like a good beginning to a simple ASP solution I have for a common challange.

If you would be interested in helping me and we can get this thing together in a couple hours I'd be willing to pay you something.

While I am not as ASP programmer I think ASP will do the trick. Here is what I want to do:

your code looks great but I am not an ASP guy. I want to write a file to a directory with a .inc extension, I want the user to do this from an HTML form - where they would enter three elements - a headline in one text field, a short paragraph in another and a whole article in the third. On hitting the submit button the overwrite takes place.

Each of these, would be stored in the same directory with names like art_1.inc, art_2.inc, etc.

Thus, on a page where I have the line <!-- include file="art_1.inc" the user would have updated what site visitors would see. I think typography and so on can be controlled from the master .asp page
