     FIXED - I needed to write the time as California time, but my server was 3 hours ahead, so I wrote up this script. I couldnt get AddDate to work, now I did so I updated my code...it turned out to be an easy mistake!

Change Now() to Time(). This way you don't get the date in there. Response.Write(DateAdd("h","-3", Time))
